Moin Al Kashem (Managing Director & CEO) - has 20 years of extensive experience in operation, management, and investment in Capital Market of Bangladesh. His last position was the Head of Merchant Bank & Executive Vice President of Prime Finance & Investment Ltd. Mr. Moin has practically covered all aspects of investment banking under his seasoned umbrella of experience from managing large IPO’s to Portfolios.

MD. Hasan Imam (Head of Finance and Fund Management) - after passing Professional Examination-I under Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and correspondence course from Rahman Rahman Huq Chartered Accountants, he worked as a Financial Analyst for Motorola Telecommunication in Bangladesh.

Al Jubaer Ratul (Assistant Manager, Compliance) - is currently serving as an Assistant Manager, Compliance. After my course completing at S. F. Ahmed & Co., Chartered Accountants, I gained more than five years of professional experience as an Assistant Manager in the Audit and Assurance department of the same firm.

Md. Habibur Rahman (Officer IT) - He has completed Bachelor of Science from Daffodil International University Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE). He has 5 years' experience in IT related fields.
