Prime Prudential Fund is a public limited company incorporated on 16 July 2009 in Bangladesh under the Companies Act 1994. The main objective of the company is to manage funds of the company and its investors and provide other financial services such as corporate advisory, merger & acquisition, equity investment, joint venture sourcing and socio economic consultancy. Prime Finance & Investment owns 40 percent shares in the company. The company is being monitored by a highly skilled, efficient and transparent Board comprised of 10 members and currently Mr. M. A. Khaleque is the Chairman of the company.
